Hi! I'm Rachel!
I share what I've learned from leading Search Experiences for millions at Reddit and beyond to help underrepresented voices and tech leaders create meaningful impact.

Building Products at Reddit and Beyond
I'm the product manager leading Reddit Search Experiences, scaling search and AI products for millions at the intersection of AI, user safety, and result relevance. I led the first integration of ML, implemented numerous back and frontend improvements, and guided company-wide safe content solutions for sensitive content. My products were featured in 100+ articles in publications like Tech Crunch and the Verge.
I've been granted significant funding for numerous projects including creating a tech mentorship program for 50+ students from underrepresented backgrounds, sustainability initiatives, and projects in healthcare access. I also manage engineers at Taimaka, a nonprofit addressing malnutrition in Nigeria, mentor aspiring tech professionals, and donate 5% of my income to effective charities.
I love to travel, hike, and photograph people and places I come across in the world.
