Hi! I'm Rachel!

I'm a founder building AI tools to address the issue of waste in fashion. Previously I was the longest running PM for Reddit search and ML products for 50M+ users, was granted the UK Global Talent Visa, and spent a year building products at Taimaka to increase malnutrition treatment accessibility for thousands of children in Nigeria. I pledge 5% of my income to high impact charities.

Building Products + Solving Societal/ Environmental Problems

I'm currently exploring how AI can improve condition assessment and routing decisions for returned and deadstock inventory across fashion and recommerce supply chains.

Over the past several months, I've conducted extensive customer discovery with retailers, 3PLs, recommerce platforms, and warehouse operators across the UK, EU, and US to better understand where recovery value is lost and how modern AI systems could shift decision-making.

Previously I spent 5+ years at Reddit search leading the first integration of ML, development of the AI search tool, implemented numerous back and frontend improvements, and guided company-wide safe content solutions for sensitive content. My products were featured in 100+ articles in publications like Tech Crunch and the Verge.

I've been granted >$100k for numerous projects including a tech mentorship program for 50+ students from underrepresented backgrounds, sustainability initiatives, and projects in healthcare access. I also managed engineers at Taimaka, a nonprofit addressing malnutrition in Nigeria, mentor aspiring tech professionals, and donate 5% of my income to effective charities.
